Appeals Board (Land Acquisition)
The Appeals Board is a tribunal constituted under the Land Acquisition Act to hear appeals in respect of any award of compensation made by the Collector of Land Revenue under the Land Acquisition Act for the compulsory acquisition of land.
Appeals Process
The Appeals Process guides an appellant from weighing whether to appeal, through lodging the appeal and a pre-hearing conference, to a formal hearing and the Board's final decision on compensation.
